I. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

1. Qi Wei Saint International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qi Wei Saint”) provides services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) based on these terms. When a member completes the registration process or begins using the Service, it indicates that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms. The member fully accepts the existing and future service items and content that may be derived. Qi Wei Saint reserves the right to modify or change the content of the terms at any time. The updated terms will be published on the website, and Qi Wei Saint will not notify members individually. It is recommended that members regularly review any modifications. Continued use of the Service after any changes will be deemed as the member's acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. If a member disagrees with the revisions or updates, or does not accept any other provisions, they should immediately stop using the Service.
2. If the member is under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must read, understand, and agree to all terms and subsequent modifications before the minor can register or continue using the Service. If the minor uses or continues to use Qi Wei Saint, it is presumed that the parent or guardian has read, understood, and agreed to all terms and modifications.
3. Both the member and Qi Wei Saint agree that all communications, including declarations of intent, will be conducted in electronic form.

II. Member Registration Obligations

To use the Service, members agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information as prompted during the registration process and refrain from registering under another person’s name. Each member can only register one account and cannot register multiple times.
• Maintain and update their personal information to ensure its accuracy for the best service.
• If a member provides incorrect or false information, fails to provide the necessary information, or registers multiple accounts, Qi Wei Saint reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and deny access to all or part of the Service.

III. Qi Wei Saint Privacy Policy

During the use of Qi Wei Saint’s services and transactions, personal data will be collected, processed, and used. For details, please refer to Qi Wei Saint’s Privacy Policy.

IV. Member Account, Password, and Security

1. After completing the registration process, members will receive a specific password and account. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. Any actions taken with the password and account will be presumed to be conducted by the member, and they are fully responsible for these actions.
2. Members agree to:
   • Notify Qi Wei Saint immediately if their account or password is stolen or if any security issues occur.
   • Log out of their account after each session.
   • The account, password, and membership privileges are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
   • Qi Wei Saint is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of the account unless it can be proven to be Qi Wei Saint's fault.
   • Qi Wei Saint may suspend the account if unauthorized use is detected.
   • Members are required to regularly change their password and install protective software on their devices.

V. Protection of Children and Teenagers

To ensure the safety of children and teenagers using the internet and to avoid privacy violations, parents or guardians should accompany children under 12 while using the Service. Teenagers aged 12 to 18 should have their guardian’s consent before using the Service.

VI. User’s Legal Obligations and Commitments

Members agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes and to abide by the laws of the Republic of China and all international internet practices. If members are users outside the Republic of China, they agree to comply with the laws of their respective country or region. Members guarantee not to engage in activities that infringe on the rights of others or violate the law, including but not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any defamatory, abusive, threatening, offensive, obscene, or illegal content.
• Infringing on the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of Qi Wei Saint or others.
• Violating confidentiality obligations.
• Impersonating others.
• Transmitting computer viruses.
• Conducting unauthorized commercial activities.
• Sending spam, illegal chain letters, or unauthorized multi-level marketing messages.
• Engaging in activities inconsistent with the intended use of the Service or deemed inappropriate by Qi Wei Saint.

VII. Changes in Service Content and Newsletters

1. Members agree that Qi Wei Saint may change or terminate parts or all of the services provided, without individual notice, based on business needs.
2. Members agree that Qi Wei Saint may modify or terminate related activities and notify members in the most appropriate manner.
3. Members agree to receive newsletters or product information (EDM) sent to their registered email accounts. If members refuse marketing messages after receiving them, Qi Wei Saint will stop sending further marketing messages.

VIII. Suspension or Interruption of Service

Qi Wei Saint reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the Service under the following conditions:

• Scheduled maintenance or construction on Qi Wei Saint’s equipment.
• Unexpected equipment failure.
• Suspension of communication services.
• Force majeure or other circumstances beyond Qi Wei Saint’s control.

IX. Transaction Conduct

1. Members must follow the product quantity and price confirmation mechanism provided by Qi Wei Saint when making transactions.
2. Qi Wei Saint reserves the right to reject or cancel orders before confirming a transaction. Notifications of automatic acceptance do not constitute transaction confirmation. Qi Wei Saint will inform members separately whether a transaction is established.
3. If members engage in inappropriate behavior such as arbitrary returns or cancellations, Qi Wei Saint may take appropriate actions, such as refusing future transactions or canceling membership.
4. Members have the right to exercise their rights under the Consumer Protection Act for transactions.

X. Limitation of Liability

1. Qi Wei Saint’s computer system is designed to meet current technological standards. In the event of system failure, Qi Wei Saint will take reasonable measures to restore services.
2. Qi Wei Saint is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control.

XI. Intellectual Property Protection

1. The software or programs used by Qi Wei Saint, and all content on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website structure, website layout, and web design, are the intellectual property of Qi Wei Saint or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. No one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble these materials without prior written consent from Qi Wei Saint or other rights holders. Members wishing to cite or reproduce the above software, programs, or website content must obtain prior written consent in accordance with the law. Respecting intellectual property rights is the obligation of the member, and any violation may result in liability for damages to Qi Wei Saint (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees).
2. In accordance with the principle of respecting others' intellectual property rights, members agree not to engage in any actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others while using Qi Wei Saint's services.
3. If a member is involved in any infringement, Qi Wei Saint may suspend all or part of the services, or cancel the member’s account.
4. If intellectual property infringement is discovered, please report the details of the infringement and your contact information, along with a truthful statement and a declaration of legal ownership of the intellectual property rights, to Qi Wei Saint via email: (Email: lionster777@gmail.com). For general member questions, please contact the customer service center.)

XII. Member Authorization to Qi Wei Saint

Members agree that any data they upload, transmit, input, or provide to the Qi Wei Saint website may be collected, processed, stored, transmitted, and used by Qi Wei Saint within a reasonable scope. This data may be used to provide users with additional information or services, create member statistics, conduct research on online behavior, or for any other lawful purposes.
If members do not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or publicly display certain materials—and to transfer such rights to third parties—members should not upload, transmit, input, or provide such materials to Qi Wei Saint. Once any material is uploaded, transmitted, input, or provided to Qi Wei Saint, it will be deemed that the member has granted Qi Wei Saint unconditional rights to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, and publicly display such material, and to transfer these rights to others, without any objection from the member.
Members also guarantee that Qi Wei Saint’s use, modification, reproduction, public broadcast, adaptation, distribution, publication, public display, and transfer of such materials will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. If infringement occurs, the member is liable for any damages to Qi Wei Saint, including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees.

XIII. Special Authorization

Due to the need to complete the delivery or return of goods (or gifts, etc.) via courier or shipping companies for transactions or activities provided by the Service, members agree and authorize Qi Wei Saint, as necessary for the transaction or activity, to provide the personal information required for delivery (such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact phone number, etc.) to the courier or shipping companies and related partners to facilitate the delivery or return of the goods (or gifts, etc.).

XIV. Termination of Membership

Members agree that Qi Wei Saint reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account and/or access to the Service if they violate any company guidelines, additional terms, conditions, or policies. Qi Wei Saint will notify members through the communication details provided during registration or via the same communication methods used when establishing the agreement, and the suspension or termination will take effect upon delivery of the notice.

XV. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these service terms, as well as any disputes or conflicts arising from transactions between the member and Qi Wei Saint, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. The Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall serve as the court of first instance. However, if the law mandates a different jurisdiction, such provisions will take precedence.
